Amaterasu
MEISTER ☇ CALMING WAVELENGTH

Cheerful, playful, motherly, loyal, brave, proud

Let it be known that Roy has a soft spot for dogs, and Amaterasu is no ordinary dog. She's a wolf, a wolf that can wield weaponry, and type, and talk into your head if you resonate with her. You can't get any cooler than that.

On a more serious note, though, Amaterasu is a dedicated fighter who pulled her weight during some of the attacks and calamities that hit Death City. Roy's very grateful to have her around. Now, if only he can convince her to come and work with him...

Minako Arisato
MEISTER ☇ SOUL BFF

Determined, Cheerful, Loving, Dependable, Empathetic, Charismatic.

The girl who, in an alternate version of Iwatodai, has the same 'function' as Minato - Roy refuses to think of her as Minato's female equivalent, however, given their vastly different personalities. She has also become the head of SEES, following Souji's disappearance.

Roy and Minako bonded almost immediately due to Minako's loneliness - it's a terrible thing to say, but it's the truth. When she first arrived in Death City, the people she knew as friends knew Minato, not her, and there was a lot of shock and confusion over the alternate world business. Thankfully, Shinji arrived sometime after she did, which, in a way, confirmed her world's existence beyond doubt for everybody.

Roy, of course, is glad that things seem to be working out between them.

Minato Arisato
MEISTER ☇ SOUL SEAL

Selfless, Devoted, Intuitive, Unflappable, Adaptable, Decisive

An intriguing kid, even if he's a little weird... he appears to be the quiet leader of the Persona users from Iwatodai. Souji Seta's equivalent, in a way, although the two couldn't have been more different in Roy's eyes.

They haven't spoken with each other all that much, but Minato does make his presence known on the network even if he rare posts for himself. These are exchanges that Roy used to watch with some interest. It's a little unreal, seeing that people who think like Minato actually do exist, and his behavior often breeds more questions than answers. Still, it doesn't seem like a BAD thing: just different.

Bumblebee
WEAPON ☇ POWER ARMOR

Kind, protective, brave, animated, curious, determined.

Yep. Absolutely fascinating, really, how this guy's apparently a robot. He is also Fabiola's partner, and appears to take very good care of her. That's always good in Roy's book.

Sollux Captor
MEISTER ☇ CLAIRVOYANCE

Stubborn, focused, introverted, independent, arrogant, cool

One of the trolls that miraculously stayed on the periphery of Roy's awareness for a long time. It's probably because he didn't end up going on a rampage, or attacking other trolls... you know. Crazy things like that.

This fast-talking kid pimped himself out during Roy's call for information specialists and scientists. He'd like to see how well he manages to work with Cross in the future.

Jade Curtiss
WEAPON ☇ GLASSES

Sardonic, calm, cold, curious, reflective, playful.

One of the sharper, more intelligent minds among the guests whom Roy has had quite a few conversations with about BREW, Death City and similar topics. He seems like a witty fellow with few qualms about directing said acerbic wit at deserving targets.

Inspired, Analytical, Energetic, Driven, Distrusting, Alone.

One of the "average" folks among the guests, from what Roy can tell - they've had just one conversation thus far, but it's likely that they'll run into each other again. Apparently, she's got a thing for Neji...

Merryweather Hargreaves

Bright, strong, independent, peacemaking, earnest, sharp

One of the younger guests whom Roy has had a few conversations with. She's a sweet girl who seems to be doing rather well on her own.

Lucy Heartfillia

Loving, caring, strong-willed, resilient, positive, adaptive

A chipper young lady whom Roy had a few pleasant conversations with in the past, before things got pretty busy on his end. They haven't had the opportunity to reconnect lately.

Toshirou Hitsugaya

Cold, brave, rash, independent, serious, lonely.

A quiet, reserved and at times downright standoffish young man that Roy had run into at a bar a few months back - Hitsugaya had, back then, been curious about DOGS. They originally got along well enough, but it seems as though Hitsugaya's company has influenced him to think rather negatively of the Watch.

You win some, you lose some, it seems.

Sollux Captor's partner - he's generally flown under Roy's radar, but the work that he recently did for Roy on the Watch's filters has him wondering if he should offer the guy a full-time job with the DOGS.

Kamotarou Itou
MEISTER ☇ SOUL DESCENT

Lonely, insecure, irritable, proud, obsessive, ambitious

Roy first heard of Itou from Sougo, actually - the two were apparently comrades from the same organization, and Sougo had made it a point to praise Itou for his skills and personality, even if said compliments were accompanied by a liberal amount of insults. Itou later came to Roy for a job, but withdrew his application before he could even formalize it. The two of them have been civil ever since.

Yako Katsuragi
WEAPON ☇ WHIP

Loyal, determined, kind, accepting, thoughtful, and gluttonous

He's seen this girl around, but the longest and most engaged conversation that he has had with Yako involved... well, serial killers, namely the one from her world who happened to be in Death City with them.

Is he worried? Yeah. Just a little. Hopefully she won't get into TOO much trouble before she calls DOGS in again.

Carl Kolchak

Brave, Intuitive, Open-minded, Relentless, Eloquent, Stubborn

A "reporter" who appears to have seen a lot of strange things in his life. Roy's not quite sure what to make of him just yet.

Kurapika
WEAPON ☇ CHAINED TANTO

Analytical, quiet, sensitive, independent, tenacious, neurotic

Kurapika was one of the first people Roy met in Death City - the boy had, in fact, helped him out on the get-go, as he had needed some guidance through the sandstorm that he had ended up landing in. They've had a very smooth, almost business-like relationship since then.

He does have to wonder, though, how on Earth Kurapika wound up having Kuroro Lucifer as a partner. To each his own, perhaps.

Leo
MEISTER ☇ FERAL SOUL

Wild, Damaged, Caring, Rational, Bitter, Loud.

This one's got a bit of a record with the Watch for public violence and a few other offenses. Roy's personal dealings with the kid, however, have not been so bad.

Not yet, anyway.

Luna Lovegood
MEISTER ☇ SOUL PERCEPTION

Undoubting, dreamy, idiosyncratic, devoted, clever, observant

A girl whose hunger for information intrigued Roy. He's not entirely sure what she plans on using all of the information that she gets for just yet, though...

Duo Maxwell

A guest with an interesting sense of humor, and a rather obvious suspicion of anything military. Roy's still waiting on that "favorable response" with regard to an application to the Watch, but he's not about to get his hopes up.

Sougo Okita
MEISTER ☇ SOUL MENACE

Sadistic, reckless, strong, lazy, anti-social, apathetic

A police officer from Gintoki and Katsura's world, who could not have been more different from Okita Souji, his namesake from an alternate Japan. The kid's got a major attitude problem, but a commendable sense of duty and honor. A shame this actions have often put him and Roy at odds, albeit in mild and generally harmless ways.

Qilby
MEISTER ☇ SOUL PORTAL

Nationalistic, driven, wilful, inquisitive, inventive, cunning.

An interesting fellow that Roy has had a few discussions on scientific theories and the differences between worlds on. He's not sure what to think of Qilby just yet, but there's time to see how things go in that direction, isn't there?

Lili Rochefort
MEISTER ☇ SOUL ADRENALINE

Obsessive, protective, violent, graceful, reckless, giving

A girl who's been very vocal and on occasion physical about her disdain for Shibusen, the Watch, the Agency, and just about any structure with authority in Death City. Roy, however, is rather used to being hated, regardless of the reason.

He and his men have done what they can for the city, and that doesn't always mean being liked. He does hope, though, that Lili will come around - or at least stay out of the Watch's way. He'd hate to actually have to step in and arrest her now.

A troll who is apparently Karkat Vantas' ancestor - the resemblance seems to end there, for the most part. He doesn't seem like a bad guy, and he's very different from the other trolls that Roy has dealt with.

Cloud Strife
MEISTER ☇ SOUL APATHY

Stubborn, loyal, insecure, dorky, powerful, & arrogant

While they admittedly had a rocky start, Cloud's movements on the network never had given Roy cause for alarm, and had left the alchemist with the impression that the blond was a soldier who knew exactly what he was doing. He proved to be correct the moment Cloud joined the Watch and started helping out. He's a team player, it seems, with a sound head on his shoulders and excellent leadership skills. They've also had a few conversations on topics outside of work, and had a good laugh by comparing notes about their respective worlds and military protocol. He is also Aerith's friend, and any friend of Aerith's is a friend of Roy's.

Cloud was one of the original members of DOGS, and even though Roy had a few nasty run-ins with Sephiroth, Cloud's mercurial partner, it never really affected the way that the two men dealt with each other. What ended up changing things were some professional disagreements over how Roy ran the organization, but the parting was rather amiable on both ends. Cloud has made it clear that while he may not be under Roy's command now, Roy can still rely on him when he needs to.

Tassadar
MEISTER ☇ SOUL SPEAK

Loyal, wise, fierce, dedicated, proud, honorable

Military structure and soldier-types have always been the sort of stuff that puts Roy at ease, and Tassadar, in his eyes, is about as military as one can get. The fact that the Meister isn't even human has never bothered Roy; it's clear that he has his principles, and beyond that? He is a great addition to the team. Admittedly, though, there are times when Roy wonders why Tassadar isn't head of the Watch in his place. Based on the Meister's age and skill set alone, he's probably the better one between them. He's also proven, on several occasions, that he has the wisdom to show for it.

They've had some recent disagreements, and Tassadar was rather instructional in showing Roy what he might happen to be doing wrong with regard to Death City and his role in protecting it. He's not entirely sure where he stands with the Protoss now, but he does respect the alien, and hopes that he'll be able to fulfill his duties in a way that Tassadar approves of.

Anise Tatlin
MEISTER ☇ MOE SOUL

Playful, Cunning, Devious, Headstrong, Cute, Affectionate

Roy instantly liked Anise the moment he saw her posting about how much Kratos needed a date. Girl's got a sense of humor, and some commendable priorities.

Kanji Tatsumi
MEISTER ☇ SOUL DESCENT

A Persona user from Inaba, and one of Souji Seta's old friends - Roy had some run-ins with him during his first stay in Death City, but this one doesn't remember him. They haven't been able to talk all that much, but Roy has resolved to keep an eye out for him.

Haruka Tenoh
WEAPON ☇ SPACE SWORD

Loyal, realistic, private, distrustful, playful, mature

A calm, easygoing young woman whom Roy has had several good conversations with over the network. She seems like the kind of person that he can use on the Watch, but she has not expressed any interest or intention to sign up or help out. Hopefully she'll come around in the future.

Naruto Uzumaki
MEISTER ☇ SOUL EXCITEMENT

Naruto first appeared on Roy's radar because he had been partnered to Itachi - a strange arrangement, given the fact that Itachi is Sasuke's brother, and Sasuke and Naruto were... an interesting pair. This one reminded Roy of Edward Elric on the get-go, and it was probably because of the hair, the spirit and the cheekiness. He's had also decided to join the Watch, after a long period of deliberation. Overall, Roy's glad to have the kid on board.

Their relationship was pretty simple to Roy in the beginning: they trained on a regular basis before Naruto's brief disappearance (he was one of the kidnap victims that the people of Death City and Shibusen had to rescue), and that was that. Naruto, however, seemed hell bent on checking up on him and bugging him for no real reason beyond being concerned for Roy. The Meister's did his best to fend him off, but Naruto was eerily perceptive, and incredibly persistent. It eventually became a mutual thing, especially when it became clear that Naruto also needed a good adult in his life who WASN'T too close to the situation he was in to serve as a listening ear and some moral support.

Suffice to say, the Naruto that Roy is faced with now is different, with no memories of Death City. It seems as though he's going to have to start all over again with this one.

Nunnally vi Britannia
MEISTER ☇ SOUL EMPATHY

Resolved, Optimistic, Amicable, Faithful, Selfless, Decorous

Nunnally caught Roy's attention because of the fact that she was related to Lelouch - a boy whom Roy had become acquainted with during his stay in Death City - and Suzaku, someone whom Roy had called a friend before BREW had taken him back home. The girl seems to be quite interested in contributing to the war effort in some form: a vastly different approach, Roy notes, from Clovis, her older brother.
